Zoho CRM offers five plans, including a basic free plan and a 15-day free trial. What’s included in every Zoho CRM plan?

Zoho CRM offers a 15-day free trial, a free plan, and four comprehensive paid plans. The Standard plan is the lowest priced and helps you automate and optimize your sales cycle. Features include basic sales force automation, some customizations, basic reporting and analytics, and marketing automation. At the Professional level you get increased customizations, security, and more sales automation features.

The Enterprise and Ultimate levels offer AI and higher levels of customer service. The Ultimate level offers full features, while the Enterprise level offers slightly less reporting and analytics.
