Zoho Books offers six plans and a 14-day free trial. The entry-level Free plan includes management of up to 1,000 invoices annually and supports one user plus an accountant. The Free plan also enables tracking of up to 1,000 bills/expenses.

The Standard plan, which starts at $20 monthly, includes managing up to 5,000 invoices and access for three users. It also allows recurring invoices and expenses, online payment acceptance, and multilingual invoicing. For growing teams, additional users can be added at $30 per user per year.
