What is Envoy?

Envoy provides space and visitor management tools that enable increased employee productivity, collaboration, practical space usage, and visitor and employee tracking throughout all spaces. Tools like analytics and reporting make it easy for you to see what spaces are being overused and what spaces are being underused so you can adjust accordingly.

There are three plans to Envoy: Visitor management, Workplace (space) management, and Connect – which is for multi-tenant property owners to manage their spaces and visitors. Within each of the three offerings are different-priced plans that offer increased management control, customizations, and features as the tiers increase. One nice feature is a limited free visitor plan which means you can pay for a space management plan and add the free visitor management to enjoy the best of both tracks.

Users appreciate Envoy a lot. They find it easy to use, the features very helpful in optimizing their space, and the customer service helpful and friendly. Overall, we found this to be a top program in space management software with limited complaints and many positive reviews and features.
