What’s included in every Connecteam plan?

There are three hubs in Connecteam: Operations, HR and Skills, and Communications. Employee scheduling falls under Operations, which has five pricing plans: the Small Business Plan, Basic, Advanced, Expert, and Enterprise.

The Small Business Plan is free for businesses with ten or fewer employees. This is a huge deal for small businesses because you get all the features that you would under the most expensive plan (the Expert plan) for free. These features include access to all the hubs and their features, a single employee time clock, time tracking features, a single schedule, scheduling tools, checklists, forms, up to three automated reports, and employee task management.

All the other plans have a base rate for up to 30 employees; beyond that, you pay for each additional employee. This additional employee cost increases as the plans increase. For example, the basic plan has a base rate of $29 per month for up to 30 employees, and for employees beyond 30, the cost is an additional $.50 per employee. In contrast, you pay an additional $1.50 per user over 30 employees in the Advanced plan.

The Basic plan is the leanest of the plans. It includes a single time clock and schedule with time tracking, payroll software integration, shift information, claiming open shifts, forms, and task tracking.

The Advanced plan includes everything in the Basic plan plus up to three time clocks and schedules, smart groups and admin permissions, GEO fencing, reoccurring shifts, schedule templates, advanced filtering, reoccurring tasks, auto clock-out, and kiosk clock in/out.

The expert plan adds up to six time clocks and schedules, user profiles that users can edit, automatically assigned shifts, multi-location management, live GPS tracking, and custom limitations. There is also an Enterprise level that gets you custom branding, unlimited time clocks, unlimited schedules, and unlimited of all the features—you just need to call for pricing on this plan.
