Their main goal at Shelby Systems is church and financial management, and that’s where they excel. Church leaders reviewing the app appreciate the ability to sort and view data to see the big picture while keeping in touch with members that might otherwise fall to the wayside. Others like that membership is at the core of everything Shelby Systems brings to the table, and the ability to automate processes makes workflows easier.
On the other hand, there are some grips about a large software learning curve and slow to update features making it seem behind the times and clunky.
